The focus of the current groupwork programme offers targeted support and activities for children and young people aged 11-18 who lack self-esteem or self-confidence and will benefit from targeted groupwork delivered in a supportive, safe and non-judgmental way.
What Off The Record's groupwork programme offers:
- Opportunities for young people to experience personal growth, peer support and team building activities
- A higher level of intervention and support than most group programmes are able to provide
- Facilitators trained in using counselling skills and group skills
- A route for young people to access counselling who would not otherwise have sought it
